SEA TV NETWORK has informed that its Board of Directors approved a change in its Secretarial Auditor. M/s Amit Gupta & Associates resigned from the role for the Financial Year 2024-25. Subsequently, M/s Sonia Rani & Associates, a Peer Reviewed Delhi-based firm specializing in corporate secretarial compliances and governance, has been appointed as the new Secretarial Auditor for the same financial year. This ensures continued oversight of the company's compliance with corporate laws and governance standards, a routine update in maintaining corporate affairs.
