The board approved the transfer of 2.1 million promoter shares to Mr. Jitendra Rasiklal Sanghvi, indicating a significant change in management. Following this, the CFO and Company Secretary resigned. The company appointed Mr. Harsh Jitendra Gandhi as the new Executive Director and CFO, Mr. Kirit Gordhandas Thakker as Executive Director, Ms. Anushree Rakesh Singh as an Independent Director, and Ms. Monika Jain as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
