    Srivari Spices board approved re-appointment of Directors Neihaa Rathi & Narayan Das Rathi for 3 years (pending AGM approval). The company will sell its 100% subsidiary, Srivari Supply Chain, to these directors for Rs. 0.615 Cr. SSCPL had FY25 turnover of Rs. 11.68 Cr.
