    Scoda Tubes is expanding internationally by acquiring 100% of Poland-based Arvind sp.z o.o. for 7,000 EURO. This move aims to tap into European oil & gas and engineering markets. The board also appointed new auditors and elevated Mr. Saurabh Patel to Executive Director.
