VEEFIN SOLUTIONS board approved its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 26, 2025, to be held virtually. Shareholders will vote on key items including the reappointment of Director Mr. Raja Debnath and a proposal to boost the ESOP 2023 pool by 0.10 Cr options, bringing the total to 0.38 Cr. The board also appointed M/s. Maharshi Ganatra & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years and M/s. Mittal & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26. Additionally, the Directors' Report for FY25 was approved.
