Marg Techno Projects Ltd — Important, 01-09-2025: Company Update

MARG Techno Projects issued a corrigendum correcting allottee details for a preferential share issue previously announced. The company approved issuing 42 lakh equity shares at Rs. 50 each, raising Rs. 21 Crore from promoters and non-promoters. To facilitate this capital infusion, the board plans to increase its authorized capital from Rs. 11 Crore to Rs. 30 Crore, pending shareholder approval. This move significantly strengthens the company's capital base. Additionally, Mr. Jitendra Bhagat was appointed as the new Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. The board also approved the FY25 Board's Report and Secretarial Audit Report, and finalized plans for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
