Fortis's subsidiary IHL secured a 15-year sub-lease for a Greater Noida hospital, converting an O&M contract. This expands their Delhi-NCR presence and offers quick ramp-up. IHL will pay Rs. 2.40 Cr monthly rent plus GST and a Rs. 60 Cr refundable security deposit.
