Anupam Rasayan India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., September 01, 2025, has inter alia, approved the appointment of M/s. M.D. Baid & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Surat, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company, for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from financial year 2025-26 to financial year 2029-30, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
