    Arisinfra's Board approved reclassifying 1.11 Cr preference shares into equity shares, streamlining its capital structure. Two new directors were also appointed: Siddharth Shah (Non-Executive) and Renganathan Bashyam (Independent, 5-year term). The 4th AGM is set for September 29.
