Sanmit Infra Limited will hold its 25th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2025, via video conference, to approve its financial results for FY24-25. The company posted revenue from operations of Rs. 142.96 Cr and a profit after tax of Rs. 1.55 Cr for FY24-25, with EPS at Rs. 0.10. Shareholders will consider re-appointing Managing Director Mr. Sanjay Kanayalal Makhija, Whole-Time Directors Mr. Kamal Kanayalal Makhija and Mr. Haresh Kanayalal Makhija, and Director Mr. Dinesh Kanayalal Makhija. The AGM also features proposals to appoint Mr. Ashok Madhavrao Thorat as an Independent Director and to approve material related party transactions with Haresh Agencies, valued up to Rs. 50 crore for FY25-26.
