Poddar Pigments Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 02-09-2025: Record Date

Poddar Pigments (PODDARMENT) has set September 19, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend for FY25. Shareholders on record will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the 34th Annual General Meeting. Share transfer books will be closed from September 20-26, 2025. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
