The company's Board has approved several key items. The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 30, 2025. Shareholders will vote on a proposed final dividend of 3.5%, which is Rs. 0.35 per equity share of Rs. 10/- for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. To be eligible for the dividend and e-voting, shareholders must be registered by September 23, 2025.
