Alliance Integrated Metaliks Ltd — Important, 02-09-2025: Company Update

The company's board has approved the appointment of M/s AASK & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved a reclassification of its Authorised Share Capital from Rs 100 Cr. This changes the split from 45 Cr Equity Shares and 5.5 Cr Preference Shares to 70 Cr Equity Shares and 3 Cr Preference Shares, increasing future equity issuance flexibility.
