The company will address business items detailed in the AGM Notice. The Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25 and the AGM Notice have been distributed and are available online. Shareholders can cast their votes electronically via NSDL from September 20 to September 22, 2025. The cut-off date to determine voting eligibility is September 16, 2025. Physical voting via ballot paper will also be available for attendees at the AGM.
