Sonal Mercantile's board has announced key outcomes from its recent meeting. The company approved the notice for its 40th Annual General Meeting, including the Board Report for the last financial year. Mr. Pardeep Kumar was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, while Mr. Munish Kumar Garg ceased to be an Independent Director upon completing his tenure. Mr. Akash Bhardwaj has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director for five years, leading to the reconstitution of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and Risk Management Committees.
