Sonal Mercantile Ltd — Important, 02-09-2025: Company Update

Sonal Mercantile's Board approved the notice for its upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting and the Board Report for FY25. The company will re-appoint Mr. Pardeep Kumar as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. Mr. Munish Kumar Garg will conclude his term as Independent Director. Mr. Akash Bhardwaj will join as an Additional Independent Director for five years. Both director changes are pending shareholder approval. Mr. Nitin Gupta was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, also subject to AGM approval. Consequently, key board committees, including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and Risk Management, have been restructured, with Mr. Bhardwaj taking on new roles.
