Sonal Mercantile Ltd — Important, 02-09-2025: Company Update

Sonal Mercantile's Board has approved proposals for its upcoming Annual General Meeting on September 30. Shareholders will vote on re-appointing Mr. Pardeep Kumar as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, and appointing Mr. Akash Bhardwaj as a new Independent Director for a five-year term, both starting September 9. Mr. Munish Kumar Garg will step down as an Independent Director on September 8 as his term concludes. The Board also approved Mr. Nitin Gupta's appointment as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to AGM approval. Consequently, the Audit, Nomination, Stakeholders Relationship, and Risk Management Committees have been reconstituted.
