Sandhar Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Narender Kumar Dogra, who is part of Senior Management Personnel of the Company is relieved from the services w.e.f. close of Business hours of 31st August, 2025, consequent to his superannuation. Subsequent to his superannuation, Mr. Narender Kumar Dogra, will continue his association with the Company in the capacity of an Advisor. Consequently, he will no longer be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
