Garnet International Ltd — Important, 02-09-2025: Company Update

GARNET International will transfer equity shares and related unclaimed dividends (specifically for Fiscal Year 2017-18 and onwards, if unclaimed for seven consecutive years) to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders are informed that if dividends remain unpaid or unclaimed for seven years or more, their shares will be transferred. To avoid this, shareholders should promptly contact the company or its Registrar and Transfer Agents to claim their shares and dividends. Once transferred to IEPF, claims must be made through the IEPF authority.
