The company has dispatched the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2024-25 electronically to eligible shareholders. For the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will close from September 20 to September 26, 2025. Members can cast their votes remotely from September 23, 9:00 AM, until September 25, 5:00 PM. Voting will also be available during the AGM for those who haven't voted remotely.
