UPL's subsidiary Advanta Mauritius will acquire the DECCO post-harvest business from a group entity for ~INR 4,166 Cr (US$502 Mn). DECCO's FY25 revenue was INR 933 Cr. This internal realignment aims for operational synergies and efficiency gains.
