Vama Industries Ltd — Important, 02-09-2025: Company Update

Vama Industries' Board of Directors met and approved the Director's Report for FY25. The company will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2025, with approved e-voting schedules and notices. The registered office has been moved from Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta to Greendale, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, effective immediately. The Board also proposed Ms. Sravanthi Gadiyaram's appointment as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.
