Jauss Polymers' board has approved key appointments and details for its upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Shewale Saurabh Jibhau's re-appointment as an Independent Director for a second five-year term was approved, subject to shareholder consent. M/s Lalit Sharma & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, and Mr. Raghubeer Singh as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. The board also approved the notice for the 38th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30. Share transfer books will close from September 24 to September 30, with September 23 as the cut-off date for voting rights.
