Auro Laboratories has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Shareholders can attend and vote on resolutions via Video Conference/Audio-Visual Means. Remote e-voting will be available from September 23 to September 25, with September 19 as the cut-off date for eligibility. Electronic copies of the AGM notice and FY24-25 Annual Report are already sent to registered emails. Shareholders needing physical copies must request them. Ensure your email and mobile numbers are updated with your depository or RTA for participation.
