Him Teknoforge has announced the incorporation of Dinamico Axles & Drive Wheels Private Limited, a joint venture company in India. This new entity, with Him Teknoforge holding a 40% equity stake, will focus on marketing and selling hydraulic and electric steering axles and drive wheels in Indian and Southeast Asian markets. The joint venture has an authorized capital of ₹0.45 Cr and a paid-up capital of ₹0.18 Cr. Him Teknoforge will invest ₹0.072 Cr for its share. This strategic move expands the company's product portfolio and market presence, tapping into new growth opportunities through international collaboration.
