Hardcastle & Waud's board has reversed its previous resolutions regarding Mr. Banwari Lal Jatia's redesignation as Executive Director and Mr. Pravedkumar Dubey's appointment as Manager; these items will no longer be presented at the upcoming AGM. Instead, the board approved Mr. Jatia's re-appointment as Managing Director for a further three years, effective April 1, 2026, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Jatia brings 56 years of diverse experience. Additionally, the board appointed Mr. Manekchand Panda as an Independent Director, reconstituted various committees, and appointed M/s SKJP & Associates as Secretarial Auditors.
