PIGL has fixed September 19, 2025, as the Record Date for its final dividend for FY2024-25. Investors holding shares by this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 0.20 per equity share (2%). This dividend payout is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 27, 2025. If approved, the company will disburse the dividend within 30 days from the AGM.
