Trident Techlabs Limited — Board Meeting, 02-09-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Trident Techlabs' board approved changes to its Articles of Association for future share issues and an expanded ESOP. The ESOP will now include subsidiary employees, with up to 180,000 options (1.04% of capital).
