Mini Diamonds' Board has approved key leadership and governance updates. Mr. Vishal N. Manseta was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, enhancing compliance oversight. For continuity, Mr. Ronish U. Shah, with 21 years of diamond industry experience, was re-appointed as Executive Director for three years. Ms. Niharika Roongta was also re-appointed as an Independent Director for a further five-year term, contributing her secretarial and legal expertise.
