Softrak Venture Investment's Board has approved several key items, enhancing corporate governance and preparing for shareholder engagement. The company appointed Mrs. Rupal Patel as both Secretarial Auditor for five years and as Scrutinizer for the upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and e-voting. The Director's Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2025, were approved. Importantly, the Board also granted approval for future loans, investments, and guarantees.
