    Antony Waste's subsidiary incorporated Kadapa Renew Energy, a step-down SPV. This new entity will manage a ~15-MW Waste to Energy Project awarded by New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh. Antony Waste effectively holds 73% stake in this venture.
