Vikram Kamats Hospitality has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. via video conferencing. The board has proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.30 per equity share (3% on Rs. 10 face value) for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval. The record date for both dividend eligibility and e-voting is September 19, 2025. Shareholders can access the annual report and AGM notice electronically and use the e-voting facility to participate.
