Ashiana Housing achieved record FY25 bookings of ₹1,937 Cr, targeting ₹2,000 Cr pre-sales in FY26. FY25 PAT declined to ₹18.86 Cr due to fewer project deliveries and a one-time ₹5 Cr GST hit. The company posted record ₹429.90 Cr pre-tax operating cashflows and approved ₹125 Cr debentures.
