Vuenow Infratech has approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in Mahakal Devcon Limited via an all-stock swap. This involves issuing 59,99,736 new equity shares, valued at approximately 153.74 Cr. This strategic move aims to enhance Vuenow's data center offerings by integrating construction and infrastructure development. Mahakal Devcon, a diversified infrastructure and trading firm, reported a turnover of 84.23 Cr for FY25. Additionally, the company is increasing its authorized share capital from 25 Cr to 75 Cr and updating its business objectives to align with this expansion. Two new independent directors were also appointed.
