Vuenow Infratech has approved acquiring a 51% stake in Mahakal Devcon Limited through an all-stock swap, issuing approximately 60 lakh preferential shares valued at Rs. 153.74 Cr. This strategic move is set to expand Vuenow's data center capabilities by integrating infrastructure construction and broadening its presence in the general construction sector. To support this growth, the company's authorized share capital will increase from Rs. 25 Cr to Rs. 75 Cr, and its business objectives are being updated to include real estate and broader infrastructure development.
