SONALIS CONSUMER PRODUCTS' Board has approved the draft annual accounts and Board Report for FY2025. The Board re-appointed Mrs. Smita Shashikant Shah as Whole Time Director and regularized Mr. Devendrakumar Keshvlal Viradiya to Non-Executive Director. For financial oversight, M/s SSRV & Associates were re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for five years, M/s K.P. Ghelani & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and Ms. Nilima Bane as Internal Auditor for FY2026. The 03rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, with a voting cut-off date of September 22.
