Decillion Finance Ltd — Important, 02-09-2025: Company Update

The company's Board has approved the draft Board's Report for FY25 and scheduled its 31st Annual General Meeting for September 26. The Board put forward for approval the appointment of M/s TDK & Co as Statutory Auditors and M/s Abhishek K Pandey & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, both for a five-year term. Further, the Board appointed Mr. Kashiprasad Singh and Ms. Rinku Saini as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. These appointments are effective immediately but require shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Share transfer books will be closed from September 20-26 for the AGM.
