Jay Kailash Namkeen Ltd — Important, 02-09-2025: Company Update

Jay Kailash Namkeen's board approved draft annual accounts for FY25 and announced several governance changes. Mrs. Tulsi Neel Pujara was re-appointed as director, Mr. Hasmukhrai Bhagdev regularized as Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Raghuraj Rupareliya appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The CEO, Mr. Rituraj Singh Solanki, has resigned. Both statutory and secretarial auditors were re-appointed/appointed for five-year terms. A significant operational update includes authorizing the Managing Director to sell the current factory and lease a new one, relocating the manufacturing unit. Additionally, the Authorized Share Capital will be increased from Rs. 5 Cr to Rs. 12.5 Cr. The 4th Annual General Meeting is scheduled.
