This strategic move expands TBO's footprint into the lucrative US luxury travel market, leveraging Classic Vacations' network of high-value travel advisors and premium supply. The deal strengthens TBO's global business expansion. Funding involves an inter-corporate loan of INR 350 Cr and corporate guarantees for up to USD 70 million (approx. INR 581 Cr) in credit facilities. Classic Vacations will become a wholly owned subsidiary, consolidating financials and enhancing TBO's premium outbound travel offerings.
