HeidelbergCement India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 03-09-2025: Record Date

HeidelbergCement India has set Friday, September 12, 2025, as the record date for its proposed Rs. 7 per share (70%) dividend for FY24-25. Shareholders on record as of this date will be eligible for the payout, if approved at the September 24 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Approximately Rs. 51.88 Cr will be used from company reserves for this dividend. The company also fixed September 17, 2025, as the cut-off date for AGM attendance and e-voting eligibility.
