KP Green Engineering Ltd — Important, 03-09-2025: Company Update

KP Group has forged a landmark strategic partnership with AHES Co. Ltd. (South Korea) and GH2 Solar Ltd. (India) to establish and operate a Green Ammonia production facility in India. This collaboration aims for a capacity of 100,000 metric tons per annum (TPA). The facility, operated by KP Group's KPI Green Hydrogen & Ammonia, will leverage KP Group's renewable energy expertise. AHES and GH2 will provide technical support and arrange offtake agreements for the Green Ammonia, with AHES also acting as a primary buyer. This 15-year strategic alliance advances India's green energy mission and positions KP Group as a leader in decarbonization.
