    CG Power has allotted 71,980 equity shares to employees under its ESOP 2021. These shares were issued at exercise prices of Rs 400.45 (30,320 shares) and Rs 305.55 (41,660 shares), leading to a fund infusion of approximately Rs 2.49 Cr.
