Anupam Finserv's Annual General Meeting approved significant leadership and audit appointments. Mr. Siddharth Gala, currently Executive Director and CEO, has been re-designated as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a five-year term commencing from August 7, 2025. He will receive Rs 0.24 Cr per annum without additional MD remuneration, and is the son of Director Pravin Gala. M/s Kushla Rawat & Associates were also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years, from 2025-2026 to 2029-2030. These changes bolster the company’s governance structure and oversight.
