Hasti Finance Ltd — Important, 03-09-2025: Company Update

Hasti Finance's Board approved several key items. Mr. Manoj Somani has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Mr. Raj Nitin Somani. The company will hold its 31st Annual General Meeting via video conference, for which the Director's Report and Annual Report for the last financial year were approved. Additionally, M/s. Deepika Mishra & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term. E-voting and book closure dates for the AGM were also finalized.
