    BOROSIL RENEWABLES LIMITED — Board Meeting, 03-09-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Borosil Renewables has announced a board meeting where consolidated Q1 results were approved. Revenue was Rs 346.58 Cr, but a Rs 203.49 Cr loss resulted from a Rs 222.31 Cr charge for GMB's insolvency. Shareholders also approved a Rs 376.02 Cr equity issue.
