The Amalgamated Electricity Company's Board, following a review by its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed four new Additional Independent Directors: Mr. B Ravindra Nath Reddy, Mr. Krishnaprasad Ramanathan, Mr. Ashith Kampani, and Ms. Aradhana Kurup.
