Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Ltd — Important, 03-09-2025: Company Update

Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited's open offer by Century 21 Officespace Private Limited and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) has concluded. The Acquirer aimed to acquire 26% of shares at Rs. 1,250 per share, an offer valued at Rs. 99.01 Cr. They successfully acquired 3,78,251 shares for Rs. 47.28 Cr. Post-offer, the Acquirer and PACs now hold 39.30% of the company. This leaves public shareholding at 19.35%, below the 25% minimum requirement. The Acquirer, PACs, and certain individuals will be inducted into the company's Promoter & Promoter Group.
