Wagend Infra Venture Ltd — Important, 03-09-2025: Company Update

The company's board has approved a change in its statutory auditors. The tenure of M/s. Singhvi & Sancheti will conclude at the upcoming 43rd Annual General Meeting. M/s. Motilal & Associates LLP has been appointed as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Additionally, the board appointed M/s. Gajab Maheshwari and Associates as secretarial auditors for FY 2024-25. The notice for the 43rd Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held virtually, was also approved.
