Multibase India Limited has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Shareholders can participate and vote electronically as per applicable rules. The company's share transfer books will be closed from September 19 to September 26 to determine eligibility for the final dividend for FY2024-25 and for the AGM. Additionally, a special window is open until January 6, 2026 for re-submission of specific old transfer deeds that were previously rejected.
