Shareholders will vote on adopting the financial results for the past fiscal year and re-appointing Ms. Komal Jitendra Thakker as a Director. Her re-appointment as Whole Time Director for five years will also be proposed, with the Board highlighting her significant contribution as CEO. Remote e-voting facilities will be available for eligible members.
